Volunteer with Sacred Friends Inc
Sacred Friends Inc is always looking for voluteers, as our service area grows. These are some of the positions we are in most need of. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please call us or fill out the form below.
Animal Transporter
Position Description: Pick up wildlife from injury site or assist in the transport of wildlife to the vet.
(Requires a Class 4 rehabilitator permit and 10 hours of training with an experience wildlife rehabilitator)
Animal Care
Position Description: Care, cleaning, and food prep of wildlife with an experienced wildlife rehabilitator.
(Requires a Class 4 rehabilitator permit and 20 hours of training with an experience wildlife rehabilitator).
Wildlife Rehabilitator
Care of sick, injuried, orphaned wildlife. (Requires a Class 1 rehabilitator permit and 100 hours of training with an experience wildlife rehabilitator)
Fundraising
Position Description: Assist and/or Organize Fundraising events.
Administration
Position Description: Help with various office work.
Education
Position Description: Assist with educating the public about the organization.
Grants/Research
Position Description: Assist in grant writing and research.
